Shiragirl’s “I Must Be Dreamin'” video is here! This song was produced by Tim Armstrong and John King, and influenced by Tim’s band with Travis Barker, The Transplants.
The video was shot in both Brooklyn and Los Angeles, a literal expression of their EP title, “Brooklyn Goes Hollywood.” The clip was directed by Jeff Pliskin (Raised Fist Propaganda) and edited by Elliot Williams, featuring locations from the Brooklyn Bridge, celebrating Shiragirl’s NYC roots, Venice Beach, the Viper Room, to the Hollywood sign. “We had so much fun shooting this video from coast to coast. I wrote these lyrics while driving, and always pictured singing it while sitting on the back of a classic car,” said Shiragirl. “The title was originally Tim’s idea, and I loved the thought of those moments when life is going so well, it almost seems like you’re dreaming. I’m all about living your dreams, and encouraging others to follow theirs!”
