Brooklyn venue Baby’s All Right kicked off the month with the first few Dr. Martens Presents shows highlighting some of NYC’s most buzz-worthy bands. The weekend began with a sold out show featuring the jazzy introspection of Crumb and the Columbian Cumbia stylings Combo Chimbita. Weeping Icon and YVETTE closed out Labor Day weekend with an awesome FREE show, and Brooklyn super-group Cende entertained fans with their pretty power pop set this past Wednesday.

Dr. Martens returns to Baby’s All Right on 9/19 with The Besnard Lakes and continues 9/23 with Cayetana (who were just featured in a NY Times article about women in rock).  As if the music was not enough, we hear there are some surprises in store from both Dr. Martens and Baby’s All Right – so you don’t want to miss these shows.
