The return of Punk Rock Bowling in Asbury Park, New Jersey was a success. Our favorite sets belonged to Charles Bradley and the Extraordinaires, The Specials, and Buzzcocks. The back to back scheduling of Charles Bradley and The Specials felt and sounded organic. 

The fest was enclosed in the Stone Pony Summer Stage. Food and drink offerings were better this time around, with Tony’s serving up their signature cheesesteaks and sausage and peppers hot off the grill. Although passersby couldn’t see the stage from the boardwalk, they still could enjoy listening to the great music booming from the stage.
