Premiere: INHEAVEN Sets the “World on Fire”

With a recent slay sesh at Glastonbury, INHEAVEN is taking the summer by storm. If you don’t know the four piece out of Brighton, they began this project in hopes of becoming more than just a band. They wanted to keep their creativity in sync and decided to make videos along with the music, adding a visual component to their sound. These videos caught the eye of a Stroke, Julian Casablancas, who ended up producing their first single via his label Cult Records. That’s one way to begin a career.

INHEAVEN started 2017 by trickling out tracks from their upcoming self-titled debut, out September 1 on [PIAS]. Their latest release, “World on Fire,” is the punk rock rally for women’s rights with its own anti-Trump themes. The name alone lets you know this is going to be a call to stand up for what you believe in. As Chloe Little (Vocals/Bass) sings, “My body’s mine, you have no say on any choice I make today.” Pre-order Inheaven here.

INHEAVEN’s summer continues with festival dates including the NME / BBC Radio 1 Stage at the Reading and Leeds Festivals in August. They’ll follow up the summer with a full UK tour in support of their album which includes their biggest London headline show to date at the Scala. Something tells me this is a live show you won’t want to miss.
