Dun Laoghaire Pier

“Again, away from the city centre, taking the train takes you away into more open parts of the city. We love to walk Dun Laoghaire pier. It’s a very impressive pier that was built in 1821. It’s lovely to walk along either the East or the West pier. If you choose the East pier there’s an Icecream shop called Teddy’s at the end of it. Nice way to spend a crisp, sunny afternoon.”  —  Hudson Taylor

Wicklow Mountains

“1 hour drive or bus journey away is the Wicklow Mountains. There are some absolutely stunning walks/hikes and interesting tours to be done in Glendalough particularly. Loads of great views and some proper fresh Irish air to be taken in.”  —  Hudson Taylor
