FRIDAY PLANS: Fantastic Negrito at The Greek
music
show preview

With summer winding down and pumpkin spice everything taking over that can only mean one thing, you must get your fix of outdoor shows before it’s too late.  Tonight Fantastic Negrito makes a stop at LA’s famous Greek Theatre on his tour opening for rootsy rocker Sturgill Simpson.  Fantastic Negrito has had a pretty good run since he began recording his album, The Last Days of Oakland two and change years ago.  The track “Lost in a Crowd” landed him an appearance on NPR’s Tiny Desk and helped get him the exposure he needed to make his way home with the Grammy for Best Contemporary Blues Album.  If you don’t have plans for tonight this will fill your empty schedule with an exceptional evening of eclectic tunes that will go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Grab your tickets for tickets to tonight’s show here.
