London’s Pumarosa never fails to deliver a perfect blend of dream pop and unconventional dance music. The lively quartet— taking influence from their past shows and strange encounters — uses their music as a patchwork history of serendipitous accidents and hazy memories of a youthful past. The group will be performing on Thursday, October 12 at Resident, a former metal shop and warehouse converted into a trendy social space. Nestled in the heart of the Arts District of Downtown LA, Resident serves as a hybrid bar, beer garden and music venue. Tickets available here.
