Paris, FR

“If someone had only 24 hours in Paris, I’d recommend they go to the center of the city and just start walking. Paris is the best city to get lost in. It isn’t too big and you can make a huge dent in the city if you’re on foot. Pick a direction and go. It’s fun not knowing where.” — CLARA-NOVA

St-Germain-des-Pres
"Live like a local. It’s always the best way to visit a city. Rent a bike and explore. Paris is not that big. Start with a good coffee in Le Marais, then go to Quartier de l'Odéon, St Germain des Près, jardin du Luxembourg, etc., it’s the heart of Paris. You’ll see Notre Dame too." - STAL

"La Fondation Jean Arp in Clamart, a suburb of Paris. It's in a small house. A hidden gem. Versailles Castle gardens are not only for tourists too. It’s really nice walking there. There is so much space, you can lose yourself and spend the whole day chilling around 17th century statues and fountains." - STAL

La Caféothèque
"La Caféothèque in Le Marais. They serve the best coffee in town. It’s everything but a hipster place. Plus, it’s located at the border of Le Marais and La Seine river, it’s beautiful. Very peaceful. I always take a double espresso. No sugar. Maulini = Italy = strong coffee." - STAL

Chez Justine
"Chez Justine in the 11th district. They completely rebuilt this coffee/restaurant place and it’s the perfect spot to eat awesome pizzas and drink great cocktails/beers/wines. It’s located on one of the busiest street of Paris (Oberkampf). It gets crazy when the night comes. I’m an IPA lover. A pint of beer, please." - STAL

Mont Saint-Michel
"I've only been here once but this place it unreal, truly. It is an island commune in Normandy, France. You drive in during the day when the tide is out and then as the sun sets the tide returns and you find yourself surrounded by water. It feels as if it is a living island that breathes or something to that effect. The water comes in, surrounds the town and the water leaves." — CLARA-NOVA

La Maroquinerie
"This venue is one of my favorites to see live music as well as a favorite place to play music. There is a cafe upstairs with delicious food for dinner before or after the concert. The venue is tucked underground. There is almost a mini amphitheater inside and the audience stands in a U shape around the stage. Any show I've seen there always feels like magic. Almost like a secret only we are in on. The venue books hip and current acts like Wolf Alice and Kimbra." — CLARA-NOVA

Musée de l’Orangerie
"Musée de L'orangerie is my happy place in Paris. It is right in the middle of everything but visitors don't often go there. This quaint and understated museum is just a short walk from the Louvre in the Jardins des Tuilleries. I love walking around Montparnasse imagining what it looked like Post WWI era when artistic visionaries lived there. To name a few Modigliani, Picasso, Apollinaire, Satie and Chagall." — CLARA-NOVA
