The Green

The Green are a six-piece reggae powerhouse from Kailua, HI that has built a sizable following in the roots music scene, both on the Islands and the mainland. The band won an unprecedented three Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards (the Hawaiian Grammy’s) for their last album Hawai’i ’13. Their latest LP Marching Orders was released in October 2017. On their hometown inspiration: “I think Kailua is such an amazing place and Im definitely inspired by both its beauty and harshness as well. It’s not perfect but it’s home. Mahalos Nui!”
