Sugar Candy Mountain

Sugar Candy Mountain are a psychedelic pop-rock duo from Oakland, California, led by Ash Reiter on vocals and keys and Will Halsey playing guitar and drums.  Inspired by 60’s psychedelia, surf rock, and South American rhythms, Sugar Candy Mountain offer a bright, vibrant sound of layered textures and cosmic visions.  The duo cites the Beach Boys and Os Mutantes as principal influences, but the acid-fueled odysseys across tie-dyed waves crafted by Sugar Candy Mountain take the listener much further than the terrestrial boundaries of any beaches found on this earth.
