Rocket From The Crypt
Forming in the summer of 1990, Rocket from the Crypt led a punk revival in San Diego. They disbanded in 2005, but reunited for a series of live performances in 2013, and recorded an album with Sonny Vincent (The Testors) in 2015. They also came together in 2016 for the grand opening of Dr. Martens’ Venice, CA shop.

The Casbah
Legendary underground rock venue with an established history of booking up-and-coming bands before they breakout (including Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana and Alanis Morissette to name a few). Other entertainment includes pool tables and pinball. Bring earplugs, the space is small and loud.
