At only 20 years old, Odette is already breaking ground in the music world. The singer-songwriter has created lush personal tracks that combine a variety of influences. Her South African mother influenced her love of funk and rhythm while her English father infused her taste with new wave and jazz. Odette artfully combines these influences in her soulful yet upbeat songs. The pianist knows how to weave together artful melodies and enchanting rhythms seamlessly, while also balancing assertive spoken word sections with melodic vocal expressions.
