Josh Elliot
Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Joshua Elliott climbed the food industry ladder by working every station on the line, kitchen, and multiple front-of-house positions. He graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University and worked in several revered Miami before joining the locally acclaimed Pubbelly Restaurant Group. He became Executive Chef of the Hilton Cabana and its signature restaurant L’echon Brasserie in November 2013, and in 2015 he was offered the position of Chef de Cuisine at The Raleigh Hotel.
