Chef Jeff McInnis teamed up with his partner/chef de cuisine Janine Booth, setting up culinary establishments in both New York (Root & Bone) and Miami (The Sasparilla Club). Born in the Florida panhandle city of Niceville, McInnis grew up on fishing boats, which led his love of fresh local food. Having both appeared as contestants on Bravo’s Top Chef, McInnis and Booth now live in NYC.
