Indie folk band Husky was formed in 2008 by cousins Husky Gawenda and Gideon Preiss, who called upon bassist/vocalist Evan Tweedie and drummer Luke Vollins to complete their sound. Husky has shared stages with acts like Devendra Banhart, Gotye, and Neil Young. Their sophomore album Ruckers Hill was released last year.
