FILTER Magazine’s fifth annual Culture Collide Festival will return to Los Angeles October 16-18, bringing three days of incredible music, art, film and more to Echo Park. As one of the most buzzed about festivals of the fall season, Culture Collide will welcome performances by some of our favorite international artists listed HERE.

We will be hosting our third annual Culture Collide Creative Summit, an exclusive two-day conference panel series during the fifth annual Culture Collide music festival in Los Angeles. All panels will be open to all Culture Collide wristband holders. The summit will bring together influential speakers from the music, entertainment and lifestyle industries with delegates from around the world to discuss brand partnerships, record sales, touring, digital marketing strategies and much more. Q: Do festival wristbands guarantee entrance to all shows?

A: Festival wristbands give you access to all general shows pending venue capacity. We recommend arriving to each show early. Once the fire marshal says we are full…we are full!

Q: What’s so different about Culture Collide compared to other festivals?

A: The goal of Culture Collide is to bring amazing talent from all over the world to be enjoyed alongside your favorite US artists. We recommend hopping from venue to venue each night and discovering your next favorite band. Let these adorable dogs tell you the difference!

Q: What is there to do besides seeing bands?


1. ENJOY HAPPY HOURS - Every day we will have country-specific happy hours from 2pm to 8pm at Taix. These will feature acoustic performances, film screenings, international beer specials and free giveaways.

2.  2014 brings the third Music Industry Culture Collide Conference to the festival.Your wristband will give you access to the conference pending capacity. Stay tuned for the full conference schedule.

Q: Where do I pick up my wristband?

A: Now that you’ve bought tickets for this year’s Culture Collide, head to TAIX in Los Angeles (1911 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA) you will be able to grab your wristbands from the tent underneath. There will be signs at the entrance for wristband pickup.

Q: Are tickets to individual shows available for purchase?

A: There will be a VERY SELECT number of tickets available at the Echoplex and at Taix nightly. Preference to all shows will be given to wristband holders.

Q: Do you have a list of all the bands playing, as well as set times?

A:  We sure do! Stay tuned for the line-up and schedule announcements!

Q: What happens if I lose my wristband?

A: Report back to the pickup location for more info.

Q: What is the easiest way for me to get from club to club?

A: All venues are walking distance from each other, so we recommend parking for the day/night and working those legs.

Q: Do you have special parking areas?

A: There will be valet parking at the Echoplex as well as additional lots in the area.

Q: Can I bring my camera to take pictures of the bands?

A: Yes, in fact, we’d love it if you would share your photos from the festival with us on our Culture Collide Facebook Page. We’ll be sharing ours via the Official Culture Collide Instagram (@officialculturecollide).

Q: I lost my ­[fill in the blank] during the festival. Is there a lost and found?

A: No. We recommend checking with the venue staff where you may have left it.
